Froki ("we", "us") operates froki.ai. This policy explains what data we collect on this site and how we use it. We built Froki to be lean by design — we collect the minimum needed to run the early-access waitlist and improve the product.

What we collect

• Information you submit through our forms: work email, company name, and (optionally) a free-text description of your prospecting challenges.
• Basic, aggregated analytics about site usage (pages viewed, referrers, device type) via Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.

How we use it

• To send you early-access details and the free sample report you requested.
• To follow up about the product, pricing, and beta availability.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the page.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors to run this site. Your form submissions pass through:

• Formspree — processes and stores form submissions on our behalf.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies form submissions aren't automated/spam.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides aggregated, cookieless web analytics.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@froki.ai. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to run the beta and follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
